STAND UP PADDLEBOARD YOGA CLASSES

SUP Yoga is another way to bring nature and presence into your practice.

Having been part of a surf guide and teaching program at five star resorts in the Maldives, I offered Stand Up Paddle board classes on the Indian Ocean. Invite an attitude (Bhãv) of joy, a child-like playfulness, and curiosity as you play with breath and movement out in the elements with nature.

With extensive training and experience in several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Meditation and Teen which I bring to Standup Paddle board Yoga. 

I offer a variety of classes that aim to incorporate strength, flexibility, relaxation, mobility, balance, concentration and meditation techniques.
