GROUP YOGA CLASSES

My yoga classes are run in person or online, in groups or one-to-one indoor and outdoor. With extensive training and experience in several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Teen & Standup Paddle board Yoga. 

I offer a variety of classes that aim to incorporate strength, flexibility, relaxation, mobility, balance, concentration and meditation techniques.  

Having been part of a surf guide and teaching program in the Maldives I have developed a special surfer’s mobility program using a combination of yoga techniques. 

Yoga by the Beach

Enjoy yoga by the beach with fellow yogis indoors at the stunning, newly renovated Queenscliff Surf Life Saving Club overlooking Queenscliff Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Group one hour classes incorporate breath work (pranayama), movement (asana) and relaxation/meditation (savasana). The style of class will be designed to balance the energies for the time of day and season.

International Group Online Yoga Classes

Online group classes can be booked with a group of friends, family members or colleagues.  Times can be discussed when booking.

I support my international clients with online classes to suit different time zones and during the pandemic have now offered online classes to meet local demand.  You can choose to join any current online classes should they suit your schedule and time zone, or arrange a different time to suit your group.
