Through holistic movement, I can target common ailments affecting desk workers or workers undergoing other repetitive movements. My classes incorporate mindfulness, meditation, movement practices and breath work, and can focus on posture, educating your employees on how to realign, restore and relieve their aching bodies.

All offerings can be hosted in person and online to accommodate COVID-19 restrictions.
